You could use Stretch with 0 on the axis you want to set the Value to.
Or you could use Set Val to do the same thing.  The advantage of Stretch
is that you can click where you want the points to be set to (on only the
X, Y or Z axis), then hit Stretch and set one of the scale factors to 0.
